Non- smoking. **This is rental has a 7 night minimum the weeks of July 4th and the first week of August. All other times, this property requires a 3 night minimum. Between June 2-August 25 less than a week stays must depart by Sunday.**

Guest CommentsGreat fishing area and outdoor pool area . Older vacationers choose first floor to avoid climbing so many steps. We enjoyed the great view of the ocean.

We always rent the same unit because we like the little extras provided and the decor of the unit. We really like the high deck chairs on the balcony because they provide a better view of the area.
